HOW TO ENTER
1. Complete the entry form
The form is in the meet pack.
If a race has upper or lower cut off times for entries and you need to check your swimmer’s eligibility, times recorded from previous galas/meets can be found here: Individual Best Times | Swim England (swimmingresults.org).
If you have any queries about choosing what to enter, or completing the entry form, speak to a coach after training, or e-mail compete@swimchepstow.co.uk.
2. Put the entry form in the CDSC post box by the CDSC closing date
The club post box is located next to the club noticeboard outside the changing rooms at the Leisure Centre. Our competitions secretary (coach Gill Brown) submits all entries from our club to the event organiser in one batch. Therefore, our closing date is before the closing date published in the meet pack. Late entries will not be accepted.
3. Pay the entry fee
Entry fees are payable when you enter. Please make payment and identify your swimmer(s) and the meet in the payment reference (e.g. JSMITH NPORT) to:
CDSC
Sort code: 20-60-58
Account no: 83381420
In submitting your entry form you are committing to the event. If a swimmer is not accepted for an event, you will receive a refund. If a swimmer cannot take part after the entry has been accepted, unfortunately no refunds are possible.
Our Treasurer can help with any queries about payment: treasurer@swimchepstow.co.uk
